Information that the Koch Companies may gather from your use of this Web Site

Anonymous Information: The Koch Companies may gather anonymous information which does not personally identify you, but which may be helpful for improving the services we offer. Generally this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies," "IP addresses," or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

Cookies: Like many other websites, the Koch Companies may employ cookies to recognize you and your access privileges on certain sites as well as to track site usage. Registration: Some Koch Company web sites allow registration. When you register to receive services from a Koch Company web site or fill out a form to interact with a Koch Company, a Koch Company may require that you supply personal information such as your full name, street address, e-mail address, unique subscriber ID, telephone number and other relevant contact information. When you visit a registered Koch Company web site, we will track your site usage, including the pages you visit and other information that may help the Koch Companies improve service to you. The method we use of tracking the pages you visit is your IP address or similar or related technologies. Some Koch Company web sites allow for online resume submission. Personal information collected from resumes will be used solely for the purpose of accepting and evaluating candidate submissions for job postings. This information may be shared with among the Koch Companies.

You agree that the Koch Companies may use the e-mail address provided by you at registration to periodically contact you. The Koch Companies may contact you regarding account status, changes to the Terms of Use, for business purposes and to confirm registration.

You have the right to request, in writing, details of the information held about you. Upon written request, the Koch Companies will: (a) remove you and your personal information from our database, thereby cancelling your registration; and/or (b) correct personal information that you state is erroneous.

Do the Koch Companies share the information they gather and/or track?

This information will only be sent to the e-mail address on file for the subscriber ID associated with it. Data you provide to us may be transmitted to Koch Companies in the United States for back-up and storage purposes and to provide services to you.

A Special Note About Children

We encourage everyone to visit our sites and learn about the Koch Companies. However, children are not eligible to register to use the services of the Koch Companies, and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us.
