Hunting Packages

A number of hunting packages are available. These packages* include first-class accommodations and a visit to an area graced with rugged canyons, rolling plains and endless skies. Everything is provided to ensure an enjoyable experience.

Matador Ranch welcomes guests accompanying hunters. Arrangements may be made for non-hunters to take off-ranch excursions to neighboring communities for shopping and sightseeing. To learn more about those options, please see www.motleycountychamber.org or ask the lodge manager upon arrival.

	Managed whitetail package These four-day hunts inside our world-class 1,000-acre high fenced pasture include one-on-one guide service, lodging, meals and field and trophy preparation of your animal. These hunts are for trophy mature whitetail with price based on each individual animal and communicated by the guide prior to harvest. Prices from $6,500 and up.
	Low fence whitetail package These four-day hunts include one-on-one guide service, lodging, meals and field and trophy preparation of your animal. These hunts are for trophy mature whitetail. Hunts are priced at $5,000 with NO TROPHY FEES.
	Mule Deer package These four-day hunts include one-on-one guide service, lodging, meals and field and trophy preparation of your animal. These hunts are for trophy mature mule deer. Hunts are priced at $7,000 with NO TROPHY FEES.
	Combo whitetail/mule deer package These four-day hunts include one-on-one guide service, lodging, meals and field and trophy preparation of your animal. These hunts are for trophy mature whitetail and trophy desert mule deer. Hunts are priced at $11,000 with NO TROPHY FEES.
	Rio Grande turkey package These three-day hunts include guide service, lodging, meals and field and trophy preparation of your animal. These hunts are for mature Rio Grande toms. Hunts are priced at $2,500 for two toms.
	Wild quail package These hunts include guide service (including dogs and transportation in the field), lodging, meals and preparation of your animal. Hunts require a minimum of two people at $1,000 per day per gun. For single hunters, the price is $1,250 per day. Matador Ranch lies within the current recognized “quail alley” of native bob white quail.
	Released quail package These hunts include guide service (including dogs and transportation in the field), lodging, meals and preparation of your birds. Hunts require a minimum of two people at $1,000 per day per gun, taking 15 birds. For single hunters, the price is $1,250 per day.
	Predator/hog Let us tailor a predator hunt for you and your group. Two-day predator hunts, including wild hogs, are $1,100 per person.
	Dove This fall, we will offer a limited number of dove hunts over fields and water. As you know, dove hunting is an exciting sport and we can host your group in style. This two-day hunt is priced at $750 per person.
